Shipping

Thank you for your purchase! Below are some guidelines regarding shipping:

•    2-3 Day Priority Shipping: Packages are shipped 1-3 days after an order is placed and processed. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. Items are shipped via USPS Priority mail

•    Pre-Orders: If you have ordered multiple items and one item is on pre-order, the entire order will ship on the pre-order date.

•    Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are limited in making changes once an order has been placed.

Refunds & Exchanges

We are extremely grateful for your purchase and hope you love your item! All products carefully inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best product possible. Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned or refunded.

We will replace or refund products damaged during shipping, with photographic proof of damage. All requests  must be made within 7 days of delivery.

You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return. We do not accept exchanges at this time.
